As we gear up for our upcoming coffee business venture, members of our team recently attended a comprehensive Barista Training Program at Coffee Academy Manila. This hands-on training equipped us with the essential skills and knowledge needed to serve high-quality specialty coffee while preparing to launch Brewing Dreams, our youth development program.

Through this initiative, Cafe Canossiano aims to provide more than just great-tasting coffee. Our mission is to create meaningful career opportunities for young individuals to develop expertise in coffee brewing, barista skills, customer service, and hospitality business management. Every cup of coffee served will not only offer a delightful experience but also contribute to their professional growth, financial independence, and future success.
